Built on a Simple Refusal
"We will never show a family a home we haven't verified ourselves." — that one sentence, written on a whiteboard in a two-desk office in 2014, is still our entire business model.
Gurgaon Luxe Properties was founded in 2014, when Golf Course Road was still finding its skyline and buyers routinely discovered title disputes after paying token money. Our founders — a property lawyer and a former institutional investment advisor — believed the luxury segment deserved the same diligence a private bank applies to a portfolio.
Twelve years later, that verification-first discipline has guided more than 1,800 families into homes worth over ₹6,000 Cr — from ₹5 Cr first residences on Dwarka Expressway to ₹100 Cr penthouses on Golf Course Road. Every listing still passes a 30-year title chain check, encumbrance review, RERA validation and litigation scan before it enters our portfolio.
We are not the largest brokerage in Gurgaon, by design. We are advisors to a smaller number of families who expect the truth about a property — including the reasons not to buy it.
